我 想 問 點 解 呢 有 D 字 例 如:study , y會變ies.. 但 系 play 都 系 y .. 點 解 呢 ??

另 外 有 無 高 人 可 以 教 我 英 文 -,- ..

想 由 中 1 開  始 學 起 ..

而 我 就 中 4 ..

只 系 想 學 果 D Grammer ...

it depends on the second to the last letter

eg. study; the second to the last letter is D, it is NOT a VOWEL, so it uses " -ies "
play; it is "A", it IS a VOWEL, so it uses " -s "

more examples:
turkey, turkeys; (e)
monkey, monkeys.. (e)

worry, worries; (r)
hurry, hurries;  (r)
baby, babies (b)


same also to the case when you want to change it into NOUN
like.. CRAZY --> CRAZINESS; LAZY --> LAZINESS
